  • 100% Lead Replacement Guarantee:

    We guarantee the replacement of any lead in your order under the following circumstances:

    • The lead contains a deliberately incorrect phone number (e.g., a local business or non-functional number).

    • The phone number provided is disconnected or invalid.

    • Lead Replacement is not offered on Overflow/Promotional offers

 

  • Terms and Procedure for Lead Replacement:

    • Requests for lead replacements must be made within 24 hours after the order has been fulfilled.

    • Replacement requests are subject to verification by our team.

    • To submit a replacement request, you must fill out a support ticket with the lead information.

    • All replacement requests must be submitted together after your order has been fully fulfilled.

    • Lead replacement is only available after your subscription has been renewed; canceled subscriptions will not be entitled to replacements.

 

  • Chargeback Policy:

    At Foyer Leads, we take chargebacks very seriously. By purchasing our leads, you agree to the following terms regarding chargebacks:

    • Chargebacks are Prohibited: Initiating a chargeback on your order will be considered a breach of contract. All sales are final, and you agree to this policy upon purchase.

    • Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated will be deemed fraudulent, as the purchase terms and conditions have been clearly communicated. We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that initiates a chargeback, which may include but is not limited to recovery of legal fees, costs associated with the chargeback, and damages.

    • Dispute Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team to address any issues or concerns with your order. Our team is dedicated to resolving disputes amicably and will make every effort to assist you.

    • Legal Recourse: If a chargeback is initiated, Foyer Leads reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the amount disputed, along with any associated costs. This may include the engagement of collections agencies or legal representation to enforce our rights.

    • Acknowledgment of Terms: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our chargeback policy and agree to adhere to these terms.

 

  • Refund Policy:

    We do not offer any refunds for any reason. Our focus is on providing high-quality leads and ensuring satisfaction through our replacement policy.

 

  • Delivery Policy:

    We ensure timely and accurate delivery of your leads. Here’s how we manage the delivery process:

    • Shipping Method: All leads are delivered electronically via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Leads can also be delivered through CRM integration or a Google Sheet, based on your preference.

    • Timeline: Orders are typically initiated within 24-48 hours. While leads are usually fully fulfilled within one week, the process can take up to one month depending on the volume and specific requirements.

 

  • Return Policy:

    While our leads are digital products and cannot be physically returned, we offer replacements for any leads that do not meet our quality standards:

    • Conditions: Returns are applicable only for leads with incorrect, disconnected, or invalid phone numbers.

    • Procedure: A support ticket must be submitted only after the order is fulfilled and can take 24-48 hours to be approved.

    • Replacement: Verified leads will be replaced in accordance with our 100% Lead Replacement Guarantee.

 

  • Cancellation Policy:

    We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or order. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

    • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations will not qualify for lead replacements under our 100% Lead Replacement Guarantee.

    • Orders: Orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled. Once an order is in process, cancellation requests are on a case-by-case basis.

    • Process: To cancel a subscription or order, please contact our support team with your request.

 

  • Customer Support:​

    • Response Time: All support tickets and emails can take 24-48 hours to be addressed.
